Coaching
My approach to coaching is to be your partner and help you cultivate the most important relationship: between you and yourself. I take an individual approach to each and every client. Together, we find what works for you and design a program to fit your goals. I enjoy working with people. I can find a common language with 90-year young adult and with a 6-year-old child. I will listen to and hear my clients, and teach them different techniques that will empower them and which they can use for the rest of their lives.
Nutrition, Weight Management
I specialize in nutrition counseling. I employ a holistic approach to nutrition by helping clients discover the causes of poor nutritional habits, addressing the issues, and helping them move towards well-being and peace. I want my clients to eat healthy and be happy. One of the keys to successfully staying healthy is to find an eating pattern that makes you happy and find a meal plan that you will adhere to.
I will help you and work with you on how to:
- Listen to your hunger signals and work together with you on what and how much you can eat
- Curtail emotional eating
- Uncover your emotional triggers
- Set realistic goals
Stress reduction
In addition to nutritional counseling, I work with people who are under a lot of stress. We will work together on identifying your stressors and address which ones you do and do not have control over. I will help you find an emotional balance.

Eat Healthy, Be Happy
In order to be happy, you need to find an eating regiment that you would enjoy. You are likely to stick to something if you have fun doing it. We will work together on making your meal planning and eating fun.
Age Successfully
How does one age successfully? They key is in being able to adjust to changes. I will work together with you in approaching age with a great attitude.
Stress Reduction
What is stress? It is a reaction to different types of stressors. I shall help you identify what makes you react and help you manage your stress.
